Fold Corporate Tower

The tower is wrapped in a precast skin whose folds change angle by orientation — deep horizontal shading on the south, vertical fins on the east and west, and an almost-flat northern face that pulls in soft diffuse light.

Internally, the floorplate is column-free for 14m, giving every floor the flexibility to be open, partitioned, or hybrid as tenants move in and out.

The ground floor opens to a covered plaza with a public coffee bar — an unusual move for an office building, and the part of the project we're most quietly proud of.
