A few notes on how it was built.
The four floors are connected by a single sculptural stair painted in our signature burnt sienna. Each half-landing is generous and furnished — a corner of a public square, transposed indoors.
Quiet work happens at the perimeter, where every desk has a real, openable window. Loud work happens at the centre, around the stair.
